ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
ZS's Digital Customer Experience (DCE) practice (aka Customer Centric Marketing - CCM) focuses on transforming our client's customer experiences leveraging innovative personalization platforms, Advanced Analytics / AI, and new business processes that foster commercial impact, efficiency and new organizational mindsets. Our Digital Technology team focuses on driving measurable impact to client business performance through technology- enabled products and solutions, and consistent best-in-class delivery, at a global scale.
What You'll Do:
  • Assess digital maturity of an organization through stakeholder interviews, discovery, and benchmarks.
  • Help formulate Digital vision and implementation roadmap of our clients
  • Define future state digital technology, content management and web analytics solution architectures.
  • Analyze data from a variety of marketing tactics - web, banner ads, search etc.
  • Lead a team to drive the implementation of digital capability including Campaign Management, Marketing Data Hub, Digital Analytics, Content Management and CRM systems.
  • Establish tagging nomenclature of digital assets.
    Develop dashboards and analytical solutions to help brand teams understand campaign performance.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or engineering.
  • 2-4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience. A PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience.
  • Experience in implementing a leading Marketing Cloud solution - Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo.
  • Experience with web and marketing analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.
  • Experience working with Brand Managers and Marketing Operations specialists.
  • Experience in Enterprise Content Management platforms (e.g. Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Experience in Digital Asset Management platforms (e.g. Veeva Vault Promomats, Adobe Experience Manager, Opentext).
  • Working knowledge on digital tactics - Search, Banners, Social, IVA, CLM.
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
