Job Description

What You Will Do: 

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced West Operations Finance Team.  You will help drive business performance through analysis of financial performance, scenario modeling and forecasting while collaborating with business partners from across the organization. You will be based at our Regional office located in Irvine, CA!

  • Provide quality reporting with actionable insight
  • Support business groups across the organization with analytics
  • Diagnose complex situations and develop or assist with solution implementation
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting, processes including collecting, analyzing and loading projections as well as documenting assumptions.
  • Perform data modeling to support strategic decision making.
  • Support monthly and quarterly variance analysis of business performance versus annual budget and forecast.
  • Produce monthly senior management reporting regarding organizational performance.
  • Assists with accounting and financial reporting to support quarterly earnings releases and regulatory filings.
  • Direct involvement in preparing quarterly reporting for the board of directors and shareholders.

Qualifications

What You Have

  • 2-4 years' experience in Financial Analysis is preferred
  • A collaborative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and continuously seeks opportunities to grow skill set, expertise, and technical knowledge
  • Advanced Excel & financial modeling skills including multi-year forecasting
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline such as Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Highly desirable skills include:  strong financial writing skills and experience presenting to senior leaders
  • Combines detail-oriented focus and a big-picture perspective
  • Additional skills that are useful but not required include: Hyperion PBCS system, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), SQL and Power BI

  • Expected pay rate of $75,000- $85,000 plus 10% annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
