Job description

Function(s):

This position will provide business intelligence and performance management reporting.

Daily work will include data retrieval, analysis, report generation, dashboard and visual development using standard analytics tools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Intelligence Reporting, Performance Management Models and Standardized Reporting

  1. Understanding of Microsoft Platforms including cloud-based solutions
  2. Daily retrieval, and analysis of large data sets used to measure standardized performance metric adherence, provide forecasting, trend analysis, and on-going operations of business lines
  3. Generate business and performance results on a daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc basis
  4. Translate data into visual illustrations such as charts, graphs, and diagrams
  5. Design, develop, and deliver reports, dashboards, and data visualizations by translating business requirements and key metrics into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making for stakeholders
  6. Engage in active collaboration with team members across departments, contributing to a supportive and results-driven work environment
  7. Apply LEAN Six Sigma methodologies to perform data-centric project initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities include taking the lead on data analytic projects; facilitating project meetings; developing and implementing data-driven solutions that align with project requirements and action plans; documenting project milestones, methodologies, and outcomes; maintaining proactive communications; monitoring and follow up on assigned action items
  8. Participate in the ongoing development of Quality Improvement initiatives locally and through NEOCAAA
  9. Provide support as needed to maintain department goals and business objectives

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and relational databases
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and understanding of data analytics methodology
  • Good written and oral communication

Preferred:

  • Associates and/or Bachelor's Degree Math/Statistics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Accounting (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining organization of self and projects.
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrate insightful use of financial analysis techniques, tools and concepts.
