Job description

Launch your nursing career with confidence through our structured program designed to support your transition from Graduate to Registered Nurse.
Under the direct supervision of an RN preceptor, you'll gain hands-on experience in a supportive learning environment focused on developing your ability to provide safe, effective care for increasingly complex patients. This preceptor/graduate partnership is designed to prepare you for full RN responsibilities once licensure is obtained.
Our goal is simple: prepare you to successfully step into a full Registered Nurse role within our health system once you obtain your RN license.
Licensure Requirement: A full, unrestricted RN license must be obtained within 60 days of starting the program.
