Position Overview

Required Experience & Skills
โข Minimumย 1 year of deburring experienceย on fabricated or machined parts
โข Ability toย read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
โข Knowledge ofย deburring techniques and surface finishing processes
โข Experience usingย calipers and precision measuring tools
โข Familiarity withย aircraft component assembly and hardware installation
โข Strongย attention to detail and quality control
โข Ability toย work effectively in a team environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
โข Deburr fabricated, machined, and manufactured parts made fromย various alloys
โข Applyย surface finishes according to blueprint specifications and finish callouts
โข Read and interpretย blueprints and work instructions
โข Useย calipers and measuring equipmentย to verify part dimensions
โข Performย basic sheet metal assembly tasks
โข Installย rivets and aircraft hardware per specifications
โข Useย basic shop tools safely and effectively
โข Maintainย quality, productivity, and safety standards
โข Collaborate withย team members and follow supervisory direction
