Performance of general shop tasks as assigned; may include assembly, fabrication, deburring, cleaning, packaging, operation of manual machines and saws, operation of forklift and/or material handling equipment. Maintenance tasks may also be assigned.

Precision Metal Products LLC manufactures quality precision fabricated metal assemblies, and components for industries such as military and defense, medical, automotive and off-road, industrial, commercial, and many more. PMP is looking for people to join the team. We are currently seeking candidates for General Labor as described below.


Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $16

Requirements

  • You must have your GED or High School Diploma
  • Basic Math skills - Generally, counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Industrial knowledge of machining practices, appropriate knowledge of specific machine or equipment operation
  • Knowledge and use of inspection devices
  • You must take direction well and you must get along well with others

Responsibilities

  • Duties as assigned based upon individual skills
  • Operation of machines or equipment per standard industrial practices and job plan instructions.
  • In process inspection of parts in conjunction with first article inspections and standard industry practices to ensure quality of parts produced.
  • Maintaining and completing documentation as specified by quality procedures and the job plan.
  • General cleanliness of shop and equipment to promote an efficient and productive work environment.
