2nd Shift: Debone Plant Dept: 436 – Cone Loader – HEAVY LIFTER Shift Time: 4:55 P.M. – EOS Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour. Bachoco OK Foods offers competitive wages and benefits to include but not limited to: $1/hour weekly attendance incentive. $1/hour night shift premium. Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed; Properly arranges breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned; Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly; Ability to visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products; Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner. Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This is a safety sensitive position. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
