We're currently looking for a dependable and energetic Service Runner to join our service team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description

As a Service Runner, you'll support the service department by managing vehicle flow on the service drive, assisting with shuttle service, and keeping the shop area clean and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with cars, has a positive attitude, and values a fast-paced, team-focused work environment.

Job Type & Schedule

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday โ€“ Friday
Pay: $16.00 โ€“ $18.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet incoming service customers and assist with pre-write-up

  • Safely move vehicles to and from the service drive, parking areas, and shop bays

  • Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed

  • Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, sidewalks, and customer waiting area

  • Empty trash, clean up oil spills, and keep shop organized (including tires and supplies)

  • Complete rental check-in/check-out procedures

  • Support service advisors with vehicle status updates and customer needs

  • Perform other duties as assigned by service management

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Minimum 3 years of a valid, clean driverโ€™s license

  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles

  • Strong attention to detail and safety

  • Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude

  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment
