Job description

Saxon Auto Group is a local, family-owned automotive dealership looking for a full time Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will offer a variety of duties from assisting customers to assisting the administrative office.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle cashier responsibilities for the Service and Parts Departments.
  • Assist with the managing of rental vehicle fleet.
  • Promote and redeem Ford sponsored programs.
  • Assist the Service Team with repair order handling.
  • Assist with the scheduling and training of part time team.
  • Handle filing and/or scanning of paperwork for the dealership.
  • Assist departments with special projects.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Computer experience with MS Work and Excel preferred. 

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm
