Nissan 24 of Brockton is seeking a Finance Manager to join our busy dealership

The Automotive Finance Manager is responsible for all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance operations, ensuring legal compliance, profitability, and outstanding customer service. This position is key in supporting 24 Auto Group’s mission to deliver Customer Service Excellence, Transparency, and Long-Term Customer Relationships through ethical practices, clear communication, and operational integrity.

The F&I Manager works closely with Sales, Accounting, and the Finance Director to ensure that every transaction is processed accurately and within all federal, state, and lender guidelines. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and strict adherence to compliance standards established by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and other governing bodies.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Excellence

  • Execute 24 Auto Group’s Finance Process with 100% accuracy, compliance, and documentation integrity.
  • Accurately prepare and review all finance and insurance paperwork, contracts, and title documents.
  • Maintain consistent documentation and scanning procedures across all locations to ensure uniformity and audit readiness.
  • Establish production and performance goals consistent with dealership standards and develop strategies to meet or exceed them.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all lenders to ensure the best available financing terms and prompt deal funding.
  • Monitor and reconcile funding delays or discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support dealership profitability through effective and ethical sales of finance and protection products.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a transparent and professional finance presentation to every customer, explaining available finance and protection products clearly and ethically.
  • Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) above regional averages by ensuring a smooth, efficient, and trustworthy experience.
  • Ensure seamless and professional transitions from sales to finance through proper turnover and communication with sales staff.
  • Provide the highest level of service by maintaining an approachable, solution-oriented, and professional demeanor at all times.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Deep knowledge of federal and state automotive finance laws and dealership compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation ability.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards with proven commitment to transparency.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in analyzing deal structure, profitability, and compliance performance.
  • Strong emotional intelligence skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Dealertrack.
  • Familiarity with menu-selling systems, compliance platforms, and electronic contracting tools.
  • F&I certification and/or manufacturer compliance training preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an F&I Manager in automotive finance required.
  • Strong understanding of credit structures, deal funding, and lender relations.
