Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the dealership, including financing, insurance, and warranty programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive finance and a proven track record of success in a dealership setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance department
  • Work with customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases
  • Offer and sell insurance and warranty programs to customers
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Train and mentor finance department staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability
Qualifications:
