A successful individual would have a proven track record for providing outstanding customer service and sales. Candidates are required to have previous BDC Manager experience and preferred to have experience at a high volume dealership in a BDC Manager role. The BDC Manager would enjoy working with others, are natural leaders, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
