Job description

Overview -

The Dealer Development Coordinator is responsible for setting up and maintaining dealers’ accounts according to company standards. This position enforces advertising policy, prepares detailed reports, and provides support to ecommerce dealers with accessing and utilizing data files and API’s.

Job Functions -

  • Sets up new dealers and maintains dealers accounts following company processes and procedures
  • Acts as liaison between dealers, vendors, outside sales force, and internal departments while maintaining excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Enforces Advertising Policy adherence for house brands and maintains outside vendor restrictions
  • Creates and updates daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Maintains digital and physical filing systems
  • Maintains strict confidentiality
  • Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned

  • EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATION SKILLS: Ability to prioritize and shift between multiple tasks utilizing resources efficiently and effectively to accomplish set goals.
  • EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION: Demonstrates the ability to be concise, articulate, and adapt the communication style to a specific audience with materials that are well-written and easy to understand.
  • EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Demonstrable ability to perform thorough and accurate tasks. Ensures accuracy while achieving consistent and precise work product.

Specialized Skills -

  • Excellent knowledge of web browsers, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of Ecommerce and API's preferred

Education Level -

  • High School or equivalent

Experience Level -

  • 2-4 years of customer service and/or administration role

Physical Demands -

  • Must be able to sit for 7+ hour a day
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and written
  • Must be able to read from a screen
  • Must be mobile within an office space to access file cabinets, office and/or computer equipment
