Legend DDD Services is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Weekend DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in our residential group homes. If you’re someone who cares deeply about helping others live safe, meaningful, and independent lives, we’d love to meet you.Position SummaryWeekend DSPs provide hands-on support, supervision, and care to residents in our DDD group homes. This role includes assisting with daily living skills, community activities, meal preparation, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment. Weekend staff play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care and quality support. Available Shifts

  • Saturday & Sunday
  • Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
  • Additional weekday shifts may be offered if desired

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, routines, mobility)
  • Provide supervision and ensure safety at all times
  • Assist with community outings, activities, and social engagement
  • Complete documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and positive home environment
  • Follow all DDD, HCBS, and agency policies
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Support residents with dignity, respect, and professionalism

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • A valid driver’s license is required. Employees must be able and willing to drive and transport members when needed as part of their job duties
  • Ability to obtain or maintain:
    • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
    • CPR/First Aid
    • Article 9
    • Prevention & Support (if required)
  • Ability to lift, bend, and assist residents as needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable and able to work scheduled weekend shifts consistently
