Job description

Lead a Fast-Paced, Guest-Focused Operation

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee concessions, bars, special events, and third-party food vendors throughout the flea market.

This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, managing costs, and creating a positive guest experience. The Food & Beverage Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure all locations operate safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Full weekend availability is required.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations.
  • Ensure locations are properly staffed, stocked, clean, and ready for service.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
  • Train, coach, schedule, and support team members.
  • Monitor food quality, service, cleanliness, labor, sales, and inventory.
  • Manage ordering and inventory for food, beverages, alcohol, and supplies.
  • Review sales, resolve discrepancies, and control labor and operating costs.
  • Build strong relationships with third-party food vendors and business partners.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and company standards.
  • Support special events and coordinate equipment or maintenance needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous Food and Beverage management experience.
  • Current Pima County Food Manager Certification.
  • Experience managing employees, schedules, inventory, labor, and daily operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events as needed.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.
  • Experience in concessions, bars, festivals, entertainment venues, or other high-volume operations is a plus.
  • Alcohol-service certification or equivalent training is preferred.
