About the Role:

Assurance Care & Support Services Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources & Office Administrator to join our team in Iselin, NJ. In this dynamic dual-role position, you'll be the backbone of our HR operations and office administration, helping us deliver exceptional care and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD). If you're passionate about people, organized by nature, and ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for direct support professionals and administrative staff

Maintain employee records, HR files, and ensure compliance with DDD provider regulations and state/federal employment laws

Coordinate staff training, certifications, and continuing education requirements in line with DDD standards

Administer employee benefits, payroll support, and leave management programs

Oversee day-to-day office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management

Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support a positive, compliant workplace culture

Assist with audits, licensing renewals, and documentation required for DDD provider compliance

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in human resources, office administration, or a related field

Prior experience working with a DDD provider or in the developmental disabilities/human services sector preferred

Familiarity with New Jersey DDD regulations, compliance standards, and provider requirements
