The Position:
Full time position (40 hrs.) available at LADACIN Network's Residential Facility in Millstone, NJ. Responsibilities include direct supervision of personal assistant staff, managing staff and client schedules and on-call responsibilities, and caring for 6 individuals with physical and multiple developmental disabilities. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid NJ driver's license, and at least 21 years old to drive. Experience with DDD Population. Must be a team player with good communication skills, organized, flexible, reliable, and computer literate. New college grads welcome. Sign-on Bonus- $1,000
