Job description

The Therapist designs and supervises a safe environment and positive residential treatment program. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency. Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA. Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a resident's treatment program along and provides individual, family and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with the other treatment team members.
This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes:
  • Flexible work hours
  • Supervision provided
  • CEUs provided and paid for. Paid training days included
  • 3.2 weeks PTO in first year, 4 Floating Holidays, and 9 Agency Holidays
  • Annual Retention Bonus
  • Tuition Reimbursement after 1 year of employment

Education/Experience:
Master's Degree in social work or counseling. License required, LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC.
