Job Title: CVOR RN

Experience: Minimum 1 year recent experience in the specialty
License: Registered Nurse state license (Compact license accepted; no temporary licenses accepted)
Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, or Red Cross certification required
Must-Have:
Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals.
Must be able to circulate.
Holidays as required.
Every other weekend required.
Description:
Plans, coordinates and directs quality, compassionate care by maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
Creates positive therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
Provides leadership to other team members by articulating and delegating expected standards of care.
Supervises and encourages team members, supporting their contributions.
Supervises LPNs, PCAs, and other non-licensed staff.
Education required: Associate degree in nursing.
Experience required: Minimum 1 year recent experience in the field of specialty.
Experience will be considered for candidates with 18 months experience working under the highest level of professional license.
