Job Description:
This position is housed under the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) and the core role is to support the oversight of operations and maintenance activities of the DC Access System (DCAS). The Department of Health Care Finance is looking for an exceptional Curam Certified Technical Architect to support the District s consolidated health and human services eligibility and enrollment, DC Access System (DCAS) implementation project.
DHCF is looking for an individual to support the implementation and delivery of multiple releases and projects for the DCAS system. The individual will be required to work with and/or oversee multiple vendor teams at DCAS, as well as, business stakeholders from DHCF partner agencies in ensuring that the District specific requirements are being captured, designed and delivered in alignment with the technology components in the DCAS infrastructure stack.
The architect interacts heavily with management and customers and creates schedule quotes for time level of effort. Time is split between planning meetings, update meetings, code management, and staff and work oversight.
The individual should have experience at the technical architecture level in all of the following technologies IBM Cram Social Program Management, Oracle suite of products for Database, IAM and SOA as well as AWS Cloud experience. In addition, the individual should have past experience working as a Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) in the health and human services space for government agencies and in delivery of State based Marketplaces in accordance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This is a complex project and requires individuals who are able to work in high performing, fast-pace environments to meet significant deadlines monitored by federal funding agencies.

Compensation: $100.00 - $105.00 per hour
