About The Role:
As the DC Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead a team of Supervisors and associates to meet and exceed performance goals. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. High Base Pay and bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and manage personnel to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Mentor and coach Supervisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
