The DC Operations Lead provides direction to team members for multiple job functions while adhering to current company procedures by acting as team lead. 

Responsibilities 

  • Supervises and directs team members while engaged in all aspects of the Distribution Center including receiving, stocking, order filling, delivery, and inventory control. 

  • Train and oversee personnel within department and provide work guidance for team members.  

  • Maintain a productive and positive work environment between team members, managers and outside vendors.  

  • Achieve assigned performance goals and objectives as set by management.  

  • Ability to safely operate all powered equipment within the Distribution Center.  

  • Communicates and supports management initiatives.  

  • Coordinates efforts of department leaders.  

  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment within the facility.  

  • Ability to safely operate all powered equipment within the Distribution Center. 

  • Other duties may be assigned. 

Essential Job Skills 

  • Ability to perform basic clerical and physical tasks. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capability of working effectively with other departments.  

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.  

  • Proficient in basic math skills.  

  • Be able to lift 50 pounds.  

  • Detail-orientated and strong prioritization and organization skills.

  • Eligible to work in the Unites States.
