AccessAbilities is seeking a Community Learning Center Supervisor to lead our community learning center day program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach employees, oversee daily operations, and help create engaging, person-centered experiences that empower individuals to learn, grow, and thrive.

  • Lead, coach, and support Community Learning Center employees
  • Oversee daily operations and staffing
  • Participate in direct support while serving as the on-site leader

  • Create meaningful opportunities for individuals to build independence and community involvement



Requirements
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supervising or leading employees
  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Experience developing curriculum is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for coaching others and improving programs
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation to transport individuals as needed
