Are you a driven sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset? The Jon Wren Agency is hiring a Sales Producer for the Farmers Insurance Protégé Program — a structured pathway for people who want more than a job. They want to build toward owning their own insurance agency.


We're an established, award-recognized Farmers agency based in Olathe, KS, serving multiple sates. With a full multi-line portfolio and an actively growing book of business, we offer what most entry points into insurance can't: real one-on-one mentorship from a successful agency owner, and a proven path to ownership through Farmers.


You'll earn a base salary plus commission from day one, get hands-on training and coaching, and develop the skills to eventually own and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
  • Educate clients on auto, home, life, business, and specialty insurance solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Learn agency operations, sales management, marketing, and customer-retention strategies
  • Work directly with an experienced Farmers Agency Owner with one-on-one coaching
  • Prepare for future agency ownership within Farmers Insurance
