Job description

Job Summary

Working alone or as part of a team supports and maintains enterprise collaboration and media technologies, ensuring a seamless digital and in-person experience across meeting spaces, signage, and background audio systems. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex conferencing, Appspace for room booking and digital signage, and background music systems. The analyst partners with Digital Services, Facilities, and business stakeholders to provide reliable, user-friendly technology that enhances communication and workplace experience.

Essential Functions
  • Collaboration & Conferencing Support
    • Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco Webex-enabled meeting spaces, including setup, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
    • Monitor system performance and proactively address recurring issues to ensure high-quality conferencing experiences.
    • Support live and hybrid events, ensuring reliable audio, video, and streaming functionality.
  • Digital Signage & Space Booking
    • Manage and support Appspace for room booking, wayfinding, and digital signage.
    • Coordinate deployment of new signage displays and booking panels, ensuring compliance with company standards.
    • Partner with local teams to maintain up-to-date content and troubleshoot device connectivity issues.
  • Background Music Systems
    • Oversee background music systems across designated facilities, ensuring appropriate audio distribution and quality.
    • Troubleshoot issues with amplifiers, speakers, and control interfaces.
    • Partner with vendors on upgrades and system tuning.
  • Lifecycle Management & Standards
    • Assist with technology refreshes for conference rooms, signage, and AV systems in line with enterprise lifecycle standards.
    • Maintain accurate inventory of AV and media technology assets.
    • Document configurations, troubleshooting steps, and user-facing guides.
  • Customer Experience & Collaboration
    • Deliver high-quality support to end users, including executives, business leaders, and staff.
    • Partner with Facilities, Workplace Experience, and Digital Services teams to deliver seamless collaboration experiences.
    • Provide training and best practices for employees using media technology solutions.
Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's Degree/Technical school or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience working with audio visual (AV) technologies

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3 or years of relevant experience working with audio visual (AV) technologies
  • Digital signage experience
  • Experience supporting client technologies and systems
  • Experience in event correlation/log analysis, failure analysis/reporting, root cause analysis, risk assessment and troubleshooting
