Your Opportunity

As a Sales Assistant, you'll work with the sales department to help customers identify the right digital signage solutions while building long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and exceptional service.

This is an entry level sales assistant position where you'll manage qualified inbound opportunities, build relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and guide customers through the complete sales process—from discovery and solution recommendations to proposal, negotiation, and closing all under the supervision of a senior sales person.

You'll work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to sharing knowledge, supporting one another, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

·         Work under a senior sales person to assist them in the sales process.

·         Respond promptly to qualified in-bound sales inquiries and guide customers through the sales process.

·         Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer goals and recommend customized digital signage solutions.

·      Learn new products and technology and how to talk about them with client in a manner that is simple and easy to understand.

·         Prepare proposals, quotations, and professional solution presentations.

·         Build trusted relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for hardware upgrades, software renewals, managed services, expansion projects, and new digital signage initiatives.

·         Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations.

·         Collaborate with engineering, project management, operations, and customer support to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

·         Maintain accurate CRM records and data

Sales experience is important, but attitude, curiosity, integrity, and a willingness to learn are equally valuable.

Qualifications

·         Have a great attitude and be interested in technology and sales.

·         1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, consultative B2B sales, or technology sales preferred but not required.

·         Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

·         Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

·         Comfortable learning new technology and presenting solutions to customers.

·         Experience using CRM software (Zoho experience is a plus).

·         Experience in technology, AV, IT, SaaS, telecommunications, or digital signage is a plus—but not required.

·         Bachelor's degree preferred.

Recent college graduates with exceptional communication skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to build a career in consultative sales are encouraged to apply.
