Kollins Communications is seeking a motivated Digital Signage Support Technician to join our Digital Services team in Ramsey, NJ. This role supports digital signage, point-of-sale electronic systems, and video production technologies in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
This position combines hands-on technical support with strong customer service and attention to detail to ensure reliable, easy-to-use systems are delivered on time and on budget.

What Youโll Do
- Receive, track, and manage service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Create and maintain service tickets and provide timely updates to clients
- Perform technical troubleshooting and system-level support
- Monitor open tickets to ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
- Perform preventative maintenance on digital signage and video systems
- Assist with new system deployments and prototypes
- Escalate issues appropriately when needed
- Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year of customer service or technical support experience (or equivalent education/experience)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills with a willingness to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accountable, and open to feedback
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Exposure to digital signage, AV, or electronic systems
- Familiarity with BrightSign media players
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and working from ladders/lifts
