About the Position
We are looking for a Program Manager who has experience in the A/V, Digital Signage, or construction industries who can manage a business segment of digital solution installations for our clients. Our leadership team will provide the Program Manager of their strategic direction and the goals that the company to is working to achieve. This role will oversee and coordinate different related projects to ensure they all aligned effectively with the organization’s mission and the program’s goals. Their main duties include organizing various projects and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for projects management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with management and oversight of multiple digital signage install projects within specified business verticals.
  • Provide technical direction to assigned installation Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
  • Act as a liaison to program customers and internal sales teams.
  • Performs administrative duties commensurate with the requirements of the organization, including data gathering, metrics and reports, and provide direction on team project timelines.
  • Demonstrate adaptability when required to meet multiple demands/deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize workload demands of team.
  • Foster a team culture with ability to direct others towards a recommended course of action.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Director of Project Management.

Education and Experience

  • 7+ years project related experience
  • Knowledge of digital signage, commercial display solutions, and/or interactive kiosk industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • PMP certification preferred
  • AVIXA CTS and/or Digital Signage Federation certification desired
  • Experienced user of software CRM tools. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise communications.
