Now Hiring: Conditioning Tower Operator

Do you like working with your hands, staying busy, and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly? We're looking for a Conditioning Tower Operator to join our crew! In this role, you'll help make sure our tower facilities run like clockwork. You'll be hands-on with equipment, keeping production top-notch and making sure our customers get the best quality every time.

This is a great opportunity if you're detail-oriented, safety-minded, and enjoy working both independently and with a team. Bonus points if you've got experience with seed conditioning or maintenance-but if not, we're happy to teach the right person!

What you'll be doing:

  • Running equipment and keeping downtime to a minimum.
  • Performing safety and quality checks (and jotting them down accurately).
  • Giving everything a thorough clean between runs to protect product quality.
  • Helping with preventative maintenance and general equipment care.
  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready to roll.
  • Pitching in on other duties as needed.

  • A positive communicator who works well with others.
  • Someone who follows safety and quality guidelines like second nature.
  • Comfortable with stairs and the occasional ladder climb.
  • Experience with conditioning/maintenance is great, but not required.
  • Able to work independently and stay on track.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • June-Sept- 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
  • Oct-May- 6:00 A.M to 4:30 P.M.
