Job description

Now Hiring: Converting Operator

Love fast-moving machines, hands-on work, and seeing a finished product roll off the line? Join us as a Converting Operator and take charge of high-speed bag machines that produce quality flexible packaging—safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate high-speed bag machines

  • Monitor quality (regular checks throughout each run)

  • Troubleshoot issues and partner with Maintenance when needed

  • Complete basic preventive maintenance and housekeeping

  • Track production, scrap, and efficiency data accurately

  • Coordinate with teammates to maximize uptime

  • Keep machines running smoothly through shift changes

You’ll have real ownership—adjusting settings, maintaining run speeds, and ensuring every product meets our standards.

What We’re Looking For
  • Mechanical aptitude (bag-making or similar experience preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfort in a fast-paced production environment

  • Basic math and measuring skills
