Build Something That Matters—Every Single Day

PD Construction, a specialized division of Paul Davis Restoration, is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality remodels for businesses when it matters most.
We focus on commercial renovation and reconstruction projects, helping clients restore and reimagine their spaces after damage or change. If you’re a leader in the field who knows how to run commercial sites with precision, safety, and professionalism, and you’re open to light travel, this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Be Doing

As our Superintendent, you’ll be the heartbeat of the jobsite:
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day commercial construction operations
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, inspectors, and vendors
  • Maintain clean, professional, and safe job sites
  • Track progress and quality while solving problems in real time
  • Travel regionally up to 20% for select projects while remaining primarily local
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a confident field leader with proven commercial construction experience who brings both grit and professionalism to every site:
  • ✔️ Commercial construction or remodel experience required
  • ✔️ Superintendent or Lead Foreman background preferred
  • ✔️ Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, inspections, and safety
  • ✔️ Ability to read plans and specifications
  • ✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ✔️ Comfortable managing multiple trades at once
  • ✔️ Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
  • ✔️ Valid driver’s license
Why Join PD Construction?

This isn’t just another superintendent role, it’s a chance to be part of something bigger.
  • ⭐ Work on impactful, high-visibility commercial projects
  • ⭐ Stable, growing company with national backing
  • ⭐ Supportive leadership and team-driven culture
  • ⭐ Competitive compensation and benefits
  • ⭐ Company vehicle or travel support (where applicable)
  • ⭐ Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement
