Procedures for Outside Providers, including Contracted Nurses, Therapists, and Private BCBAs and RBTs
1. Service providers will complete the Agency Provider application posted on the Whitfield County Schools website: Agency Provider Application
2. Once made aware, the special education director will forward the application to the Human Resources department, currently, specifically, to Chandra Silvers and Sandy Grady.
3. Chandra will send the service provider a few forms and contact the applicant with procedures for fingerprinting. Sandy will send the link for the required videos.
4. For ABA providers only (RBTs, BCBAs):
?WCS may need the service plan the RBTs will follow
?WCS needs a copy of the RBTs' schedules for each child
?Make sure providers and parents know these services are not IEP driven services
?WCS needs contact information for all BCBAs and RBTs- email addresses and cell phone numbers. Coordinators will track this information, including completion of human resources required procedures, on a shared Google doc.
