Sr Infra DataCenter Program Manager

 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage Datacenter and LAB Management services across multiple sites. T

The role will be responsible for end-to-end program ownership, including operations, governance, stakeholder management, financial

oversight, and continuous improvement of lab and infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

· Own and drive end-to-end LAB/Data Center managed services delivery

· Manage multi-site lab environments, including setup, expansion, and operations

· Ensure high availability, operational e􀆯iciency, and SLA adherence

· Oversee asset lifecycle management (procurement, deployment, tracking,

decommissioning)

Stakeholder Management

· Act as primary interface with client leadership and stakeholders

· Provide regular governance updates, executive reporting, and escalation

management

· Align delivery with business priorities and roadmap

Operations & Lab Management

· Manage lab infrastructure environments (compute, storage, network devices, test

beds)

· Oversee inventory tracking systems (RFID/barcode/manual CMDB)

· Ensure resource scheduling, lab utilization, and optimization

· Drive standardization of lab processes and SOPs

Financial & Commercial Ownership

· Manage program P&L, margin, and cost optimization initiatives

· Track billing, resource utilization, and revenue realization

· Ensure adherence to SOW, scope, and change request (CR) governance

Governance & Compliance

· Establish PMO practices, reporting cadence, and KPIs

· Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements

· Drive risk management, RCA, CAPA, and continuous improvement

Team Leadership

· Lead cross-functional teams including LAB technicians, network engineers, and

vendors

· Manage onsite and o􀆯shore teams across geographies

· Drive performance management, hiring, and onboarding

Transformation & Automation

· Identify and drive automation opportunities in lab operations and monitoring

· Implement tools for asset management, observability, and workflow automation

· Support lab modernization and scaling initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong experience in Datacenter Operations / LAB Management

· Proven track record managing large managed services programs

· Hands-on understanding of:

o Networking (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Cisco, etc.)

o Data center infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualization)

o Lab/test environments and asset lifecycle management

· Experience in PMO governance, SLA/KPI management, and reporting

· Exposure to financial management (P&L, margin control, billing)

· Strong stakeholder & executive communication skills
