- We are seeking a Datacenter Manager to lead data center operations, infrastructure management, and engineering initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will oversee a team of engineers, ensure reliability of critical systems, and drive capacity planning, design, and operational excellence in a high-availability environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Data Center Engineers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and asset inventories.
- Monitor and troubleshoot power, cooling, and environmental systems.
- Support data center builds, expansions, and infrastructure refresh initiatives.
- Maintain and support critical systems including UPS, generators, PDUs, RPPs, and cooling systems.
- Perform capacity planning for space, power, and cooling requirements.
- Design and oversee electrical systems including switchgear, panels, busways, and backup systems.
- Ensure proper electrical load distribution and system reliability.
- Develop engineering designs, specifications, and calculations for new and existing facilities.
- Execute design and deployment for new data center infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Monitor system performance, security, and capacity, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Participate in incident response, maintenance windows, and on-call rotations.
- Support rack, stack, cabling, and hardware lifecycle activities.
- Install, configure, maintain, and decommission infrastructure equipment.
- Ensure adherence to change management, safety, and operational best practices.
- Support operational and capital projects and coordinate execution.
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10+ years of experience in data center operations, facilities, or infrastructure engineering, or a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- 7+ years of experience in data center engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data center electrical systems including substations, generators, UPS, and battery systems.
- Experience with cooling systems including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, and containment environments.
- Experience operating and maintaining mission-critical mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with building monitoring systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.
- Availability to support on-call and emergency response situations.

Qualification And Education:
