Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana (Hybrid)

Reports to: Director of Membership

Status: Full-Time, Exempt (37.5 hours per week)

POSITION SUMMARY


The Enrollment Manager is responsible for executing and coordinating the operational processes that support the Society's membership enrollment program. This role works directly with enrollment data, systems, reporting, workflows, and communications to ensure accurate and efficient enrollment activities from invitation through onboarding.


Working collaboratively across the organization and with external partners, the Enrollment Manager uses data, technology, and operational best practices to improve enrollment outcomes, streamline processes, and support the Society’s membership goals.


This role requires accuracy, consistency, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data and operational processes in a deadline-driven environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage enrollment workflows, timelines, and operational processes.
  • Partner with Chapter Relations staff to support successful chapter enrollment cycles.
  • Prepare, validate, and process enrollment data to support invitation distribution and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of enrollment data across multiple systems, reports, and workflows.
  • Monitor enrollment performance and identify opportunities to improve participation and outcomes.
  • Develop, analyze, and maintain reports that provide actionable insights into enrollment performance and trends.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, operational issues, and workflow challenges while recommending opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Coordinate certificate processing, new member packet fulfillment, and related operational activities.


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in membership operations, data management, program operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working with CRM, AMS, or other database-driven systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, reporting, analysis, and spreadsheet automation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
  • Strong service orientation and commitment to supporting members and stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience in nonprofit, association, or higher education environments.
  • Experience in enrollment management or membership enrollment programs.
  • Experience working with student, member, customer, or constituent data and records.
  • Experience with Association Management Systems (AMS), reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and integrated technology platforms.
  • Experience with automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, process improvement, workflow optimization, or project coordination.
