What You'll Do:
  • Be the go-to expert for multiple client accounts, managing day-to-day operations, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Customize service strategies and scheduling that exceed client expectations.
  • Negotiate service agreements and pricing for new contracts and add-on solutions.
  • Oversee contractor relationships, ensuring compliance, quality, and clear communication on performance.

  • Partner with Night Managers and the Director of Operations to execute and enhance service delivery.

You'll Succeed Here If:
  • You have 3+ years' experience in facility management, operations, or building services.
  • You're detail-oriented, proactive, and confident in building relationships.
  • You communicate clearly-verbally and in writing-with clients and teams.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and comfortable with database/CRM technology.
  • You hold a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • You have reliable transportation for on-site visits.
  • Candidate must reside in or near the Baton Rouge area.
