Who you are
We are looking for a creative, innovative individual to join our team as a Brokerage intern in the Cleveland location

What you bring

  • Working towards a degree and/or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • A strong interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels for the organization and with external partners.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.

Bonus skills and experience

  • Previous experience working within a real estate environment.
  • Experience working within a professional services environment.
  • Experience with Smartsheets a plus, but not required.

What success looks like

  • You will conduct a variety of information searches (availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant, and transaction information) utilizing internal and external resources.
  • You will assist with survey calling in order to obtain accurate availability and vacancy information.
  • You will update databases (property, company and contact information).
  • You will grow your role within the business through efficient completion of your duties allowing you time to take on new responsibilities.
