Job description

Human Resources intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, business partner, compensation and benefits, compliance, and HR systems. Intern will assist with recruitment initiatives, including updating requisitions, routing candidates, communicating with candidates, assist with recruitment marketing initiatives, and planning onsite recruitment events and career fairs. Intern will assist with job description updates, data analysis and reporting, and other research or data analysis projects. Opportunities to assist with documenting processes, preparing data, and other special projects. Intern also will assist with HR front desk coverage, as needed.
