: 

Database Administration skills in MS SQL & mySQL


Design, implement and troubleshoot SQL in large, multi server (high-volume and high-availability) environment


Experience in Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), Application servers (GIODE, SPE, Websphere Commerce, Order Management)


Experience in scripting with Linux/Unix shell scripting and knowledge of any of the following a plus: Ruby, Python, Perl


Working experience with automation tools such as Urban Code Deploy, Chef, Ansible, Ant, etc.or other DevOps focused enablement tools a plus


Experience with any of the following DB2 technologies such as IBM BLU Acceleration, Purescale, HADR, TSAMP, Change Data Capture, or Q Replication a plus


Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams; Experience with Test driven development


Demonstrated effective leadership & analytical skills


Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate with & influence cross-functional teams across product line boundaries


Proven track record in implementing agile methodologies and delivering shipping product


Able to effectively work through high pressure and complex situations


Demonstrated written and verbal communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills, proven ability to delegate tasks to smaller teams to get results
