iPostal1, the leading provider of Digital Mailbox technology worldwide, is seeking to build our our Marketing team. Our website, www.iPostal1.com, lists 3,000 addresses, including retail pack and ship stores, 1,000 Staples stores and coworking spaces. Customers choose a mailing address for business or personal use and view and manage their postal mail and packages anywhere with an app or online.


We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at iPostal1. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling digital and print communications and ads, including display ads, email templates, sales materials and video storyboards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into engaging visual content. This is a hybrid position working out of our Montebello, NY headquarters.

Key responsibilities

Design visually appealing digital ads for various platforms including search and display, social media, and onsite.

Create email templates and design email campaigns that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.

Develop video storyboards and collaborate with the video production team to create compelling video ads.

Design materials to support the sales process including brochures, posters, presentations, and print ads.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into visually engaging designs.

Generate creative representations of content such as infographics, illustrations, and data visualizations to enhance the readability and accessibility of information across various channels.

Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as training guides and videos, presentations, and investor relations materials.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials.

Ensure consistency in branding and design across all marketing channels.

Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

At least 5 – 10 year proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in digital and print advertising and content visualization.

Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, design principles, and user experience (UX) considerations.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually impactful designs that resonate with the target audience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with UX/UI design principles and software, such as Figma.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, FreshMarketer) for email template design and deployment.

Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools.

Understanding of SEO principles and their application in digital advertising and content creation.
