Job description

SEASONAL, PART-TIME POSITION

The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking a motivated and creative Graphic Design Seasonal Assistant to support the in-house creative team during the NFL season. This role contributes to a wide range of design projects across digital, social, marketing, partnerships and event signage helping bring the Bengals brand to life across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator with a solid design foundation, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role offers hands-on experience within a professional sports creative department and exposure to multiple internal teams.
This is an on-site, seasonal position during the 2026 Bengals football season - beginning Monday, July 6, 2026 and ending 2 weeks following the Bengals final game of the 2026 season.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The position will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, the following:
  • Design and produce graphics across digital platforms including web, app, email and social media
  • Support game-week creative needs including digital platform graphics, game day program assets and in-game social graphics
  • Assist with community event marketing materials and promotional assets
  • Create and update signage and in-stadium visuals as needed
  • Support internal departments including Social, Digital, Community and Partnerships
  • Execute resizing, versioning and templated graphics efficiently and accurately
  • Assist with photo editing and basic asset preparation
  • Collaborate with the design team and take creative direction as needed
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of graphic design experience (professional, collegiate or internship experience considered)
  • Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition and color theory
  • Experience working within brand guidelines and style guides
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; After Effects a plus) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Portfolio required (PDF or online link preferred)
  • Motion graphics experience is a plus but not required

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • This position would be on location, 40+ hours a week, and seasonal to provide coverage for the 2026 Bengals Football season.
