Role Overview

TiVo Ads (a division within Xperi) is seeking a US‑based remote/hybrid Sales Director to join our Data sales team. The Sales Director will establish and implement a strategic go‑to‑market sales plan to drive revenue within the US market for TiVo’s TV viewership data licensing product, which contains viewership data passively captured from set‑top boxes and Smart TVs via ACR technology for content and advertising measurement.

The ideal candidate will have a start‑up mentality and deep understanding of TV data applications across the digital ecosystem. This position will uncover new opportunities for data licensing that will drive growth of our US data licensing portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed aggressive sales and revenue goals.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, building strong relationships with both direct clients and third‑party partners.
  • Demonstrate and articulate in‑depth industry knowledge within CTV and Ad Tech, particularly regarding current trends and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain excellent communication to provide ongoing feedback across key stakeholders (internal and external) to expedite the achievement of business goals and objectives.
  • Organize priorities, manage the sales pipeline and forecasts, and stay focused on internal and external priorities.
  • Speak publicly at events, conferences and collaborate with industry associations.
  • Work collaboratively and confidently with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best‑in‑class work across the team and organization.

  • Minimum 7 years of client‑facing experience in the advertising technology industry.
