Job description

Job Summary:

The National Sales Manager will be a key driver of business growth by partnering with insurance companies and adjusters to expand the company’s presence in the industry. This is a fully remote position; however, we strongly prefer candidates located on the East Coast.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company growth and revenue objectives.

• Identify new market opportunities and create initiatives to expand market presence

• Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales goals, and forecast future trends based on market analysis.

• Build and maintain relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

• Ensure clients’ needs are met efficiently and effectively.

• Provide mentorship to sales team, fostering a high-performing culture.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual account reviews.

• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

• Network with potential business partners and clients.

• Create presentations for potential clients.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop materials and support sales efforts.

• Present quarterly and annual sales performance to the executive team.

• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, sales forecasts, and account details.

• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote company’s services and expand business network.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales.

• Experience in the temporary housing, insurance, or property management industries preferred.

• Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies on a national level.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strategic thinking and market analysis

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This job operates in a fully remote environment. This role routinely uses standard equipment such as computers, phones, etc.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate in both a verbal and written manner and must have the ability to hear and verbally respond during interactions with staff and customers. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands through fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
