We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Reporting Analyst to collect, validate, analyze, and present data that supports business decision-making. This role is responsible for developing recurring reports, maintaining dashboards, identifying trends, and translating complex data into clear insights for business leaders and cross-functional teams.
As an Data Reporting Analyst you will:
  • Collect, organize, analyze, and validate data from multiple internal systems and data sources.
  • Develop, update, and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Use reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms to present business insights clearly.
  • Write, modify, and validate SQL queries to extract and analyze data from relational databases.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, define metrics, and translate needs into reporting solutions.
  • Monitor report accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support data quality improvement efforts.
  • Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities within operational, financial, workforce, or business performance data.
  • Document reporting logic, metric definitions, data sources, and standard operating procedures.

This is a Full Time opportunity.
The ideal Data Reporting Analyst candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in data reporting, business intelligence, analytics, operations reporting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validation.
  • Experience with SQL or relational databases, including querying, filtering, joining, and summarizing data.
  • Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, reports, or data visualizations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accurate, reliable, and timely reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate status updates effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Rate: $39
