Data & Reporting Manager

The Data & Reporting Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting infrastructure and business intelligence solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making across Portland Glass. This role is accountable for recurring reporting, dashboard development, KPI tracking, data validation, and ad hoc analysis across sales, operations, customer service, field performance, and other core business functions. The position partners cross-functionally to deliver accurate, actionable reporting insights, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that provide clear visibility into business performance.
  • Partner with leaders across sales, operations, customer experience, field services, and other functions to define reporting needs, KPIs, and success measures.
  • Own report distribution, reporting calendars, and recurring delivery processes to ensure stakeholders receive timely and accurate information.
  • Build ad hoc analyses and decision-support reporting that help leaders identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Validate and reconcile data from multiple systems to improve data accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting outputs.
  • Document metric definitions, reporting logic, and dashboard standards to support consistency across the business.
  • Collaborate with business systems, IT, and external partners to improve data access, source quality, and reporting efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and streamline how business data is collected and presented.
  • Support leaders in interpreting results, understanding trends, and using data to drive action and accountability.

  • Demonstrated experience working with large data sets, validating information, and producing accurate, business-ready reporting.
  • Strong understanding of KPI development, metric definition, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

What Knowledge and Skills are Preferred?

  • Experience supporting multi-location operations, field teams, retail, service, or customer-facing business environments.
  • Experience working across multiple business systems, including CRM, ERP, POS, scheduling, or field service platforms.
  • Familiarity with data governance, reporting documentation, and dashboard standardization.
  • Experience identifying automation opportunities and improving manual reporting processes.
