Work you'll do/Responsibilities
As a Manager at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.
  • Own Snowflake operations across landing, staging, and EDW layers monitoring data pipelines, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving data quality checks across 90+ inbound and outbound interfaces.
  • Lead Matillion ETL development, semantic model maintenance, schema refreshes, and enhancement delivery within a fixed-capacity model.
  • Act as first point of escalation for incidents, managing ticket prioritization and service requests through ServiceNow
  • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver pre-approved change requests including business rule changes, KPI additions, and data model enhancements
  • Collaborate across Power BI reporting, MDM, and omnichannel workstreams to ensure seamless data integration and downstream alignment
  • Serve as the primary onshore lead driving day-to-day delivery, and engaging directly with commercial business stakeholders and technology leadership in a pharmaceutical environment

Qualifications
Required
  • Strong hands-on Snowflake expertise including data modeling, performance tuning, clustering, materialized views, and cost optimization across enterprise-scale environments.
  • Experience in Informatica MDM SaaS tool with multiple deployment experience in Life Science domains.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $170,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
