Job description

Create and implement in-house production schedules, maintain network components and systems/warehouse equipment, and assist with technical issues across multiple facilities.
Friday - Tuesday from 3 AM to 12 noon
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and implement in-house production schedules
  • Prepare daily reports and verify accurate printing and storage of department reports
  • Maintain hardware and software equipment such as computers, scanners, and printers
  • Maintain proper inventory control procedures to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Provide excellent customer service across multiple facilities

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with internal audits by providing required information or reports

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-year systems support experience or equivalent technical training
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and technical troubleshooting
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
  • Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
