Job description

Description

Dynasty Financial Partners is building a deeply integrated advisor platform powered by proprietary data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. The Data & Analytics Product Manager is the Senior product owner for Dynasty's data and analytics portfolio - responsible for defining the vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption of data powered products that drive measurable outcomes for advisors, home office teams, and executive leadership.

This role is product first. You will operate as a senior product leader who owns what gets built and why, ensuring that Dynasty's data platform and analytics products are aligned to business priorities, delivered incrementally, and widely adopted. You will partner closely with Engineering and Delivery leadership, while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Define and own the product vision and North Star for Dynasty's data and analytics experiences
  • Translate company strategy into a cohesive, multi year product roadmap
  • Establish clear product outcomes, OKRs, and success metrics tied to adoption and business impact
  • Serve as the executive product voice for data and analytics in planning, prioritization, and investment discussions

Roadmap Ownership & Prioritization

  • Own the end to end data & analytics roadmap across products and platform capabilities
  • Balance advisor value, business impact, and longer term platform investments
  • Make deliberate trade offs between feature delivery and foundational enablement
  • Partner with Engineering leadership on sequencing, dependencies, and delivery trade offs
  • Ensure roadmap clarity for executives, product peers, and delivery teams

Analytics & Intelligence Products

  • Own the product strategy for Dynasty's analytics and insight experiences, including firm performance, flows, billing, benchmarks, and executive dashboards
  • Ensure analytics products are decision oriented, intuitive, and trusted by users
  • Drive consistency in KPIs, metrics definitions, and insight storytelling across the platform
  • Champion user centered discovery to ensure analytics solve real advisor and home office needs

Data Platform as a Product

  • Treat the data platform as a foundational product, with clear consumers, capabilities, and outcomes
  • Define product requirements for data availability, quality, governance, and AI readiness in partnership with Engineering
  • Ensure platform investments directly enable analytics, reporting, and future intelligence use cases
  • Hold teams accountable for platform work that unlocks real product and business value

Adoption, Enablement & Value Realization

  • Drive adoption and impact, not just delivery, across data and analytics capabilities
  • Partner with Marketing, Relationship Management, and Services on enablement strategies including training, release communications, demos, and executive storytelling
  • Establish structured feedback loops (usage analytics, advisory councils, betas) and actively evolve the roadmap based on insights
  • Ensure every significant release clearly communicates what changed, why it matters, and how success will be measured

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, platform product leadership, or technology leadership roles
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and business outcomes for analytics heavy or data powered products
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with practical prioritization and execution judgment
  • Experience in fintech, wealth management, or other regulated industries strongly preferred
