Job description

Administrative Operations Assistant

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, day shift working Monday – Friday working 11:00 am – 7:30 pm. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

  • Produce photo ID badges for all UW Health employees and grant access privileges to the security card access system.
  • Provide directions and complete visitor screening and production of visitor passes at American Family Children's Hospital. This includes maintaining a list of visitor restrictions and dealing with complex visitation issues.
  • Monitor and respond to the department email inbox and perform time sensitive data entry.
