100%, day shift, 8 hour shifts, Monday - Friday. Flexible hours between 6:30a - 5:00p. You will work primarily at University Hospital and 8501 Excelsior Dr in Madison, WI.

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:

  • Provide comprehensive leadership support, including calendar management, meeting preparation and follow-up, development of agendas and materials, and coordination of activities and schedules across multiple management and departmental teams.
  • Assist in the creation, organization, and distribution of operational tools and communications for multiple operational departments across UW Health, ensuring timely updates, clarity, and strong cross-team alignment.
  • Serve as a key resource for frontline and departmental staff, responding to questions and providing guidance related to policies, procedures, and other administrative workflows. 
  • Enhance operational continuity across high-acuity and fast-moving service lines by supporting data entry, document management, onboarding logistics, and standard work maintenance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
