North Star Community Credit Union is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to help protect the accuracy, reliability, and performance of the systems that support our employees and members.

This is more than a behind-the-scenes technology role. Your work will directly influence how efficiently our teams operate and how effectively we serve our communities.


What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

✓ Monitor data, system processes, and operational workflows

✓ Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes

✓ Troubleshoot issues affecting branch and back-office operations

✓ Create and validate accurate business reports

✓ Work with SQL, Excel, databases, and integrated systems

✓ Support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements

✓ Partner with IT, operations, vendors, and business teams

✓ Develop reliable processes that reduce risk and improve efficiency

✓ Develop workflows using Ai Automation platforms
