The Role We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative Operations Analyst to drive technical assistance, system improvements, and program support for our operations team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will serve as the lead analyst for our ESG repair program, managing process improvements for our online order system, handling returns (RMA), and performing critical warranty analysis to support key business decisions. This is a high-impact role where your technical troubleshooting skills and system optimization efforts will directly enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency.

Essential Functions

  • System Optimization: Lead process improvements for the online order system, including conducting thorough pre- and post-production testing.
  • Returns & Core Management: Direct and support Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes for both core and new/unused products within the ESG Cluster Programs.
  • Program & Technical Support: Provide technical support and parts assistance for the Multimedia and Cluster Programs, including analyzing the Multimedia Inspect for Damage Program.
  • Warranty & Error Resolution: Resolve Service Center File Feed errors and support OWS (ACES) warranty claims processing.
  • Data & Warranty Analysis: Deliver comprehensive warranty analysis and insights to Finance, Marketing, Sales, and other Ford Customer Service (FCS) activities.
  • Financial Administration: Generate invoicing and credits for specialized Ford programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Customer Service Manager and FCSD personnel to develop, improve, and achieve specific program objectives.

Qualifications We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst with a proven track record in operations, system troubleshooting, or warranty analysis. To be successful, you will typically possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience and/or training in operations, customer service systems, or warranty analysis; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your analytical and technical capabilities.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (experience with OWS/ACES, file feed resolution, or automotive parts/service systems is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead specific projects and collaborate effectively with diverse internal departments and external partners.
