We are recruiting for an Operations Analyst - Programs, to join our team. This role will be hybrid if near a local office or for the right candidate can be remote from most locations in the U.S.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supports the Programs organization by assisting with reporting, data management, bordereau tracking, and operational coordination. Collaborates with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to ensure timely data flow, support audit readiness, and contribute to the improvement of operational processes and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce recurring and adhoc operational reports using established templates; validate data for accuracy and completeness; and fulfill reporting requests focused on accuracy rather than interpretation.

  • Provide technical support to agency partners and Programs teams by logging, tracking, and troubleshooting system issues; coordinating with IT and vendors to resolve problems; and supporting user acceptance testing and system enhancements.

  • Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, IT, finance, and external stakeholders to maintain accurate data flow; follow up on tasks and dependencies to meet operational timelines; and communicate status updates and risks to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Monitor and track bordereau submissions from MGAs; review, validate, and reconcile data; identify discrepancies and drive resolution; support data cleanup efforts; and maintain data issue logs through resolution.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, and reporting processes; support enhancements to operational tools and platforms; and assist in documenting and implementing approved process improvements.

  • Update and maintain form specifications, process documentation, and user guides while ensuring alignment with compliance, regulatory, and audit requirements.

  • Assist with audit preparation through data gathering and documentation; maintain audit trackers and evidence repositories; and support timely followthrough on audit findings and action items.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience.

  • 1 year in insurance, technology, operations, or analytics

  • Early career experience in data, reporting, or operations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and technology platforms

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Intermediate Strong Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)
